We welcome orders from all over the world. Please check that precious jewellery can be imported into your country before placing your order, as there are restrictions in place for some.
We ship using Royal Mail. UK orders are sent via Special Delivery, which is an insured, next day, signed for service. The cost for this is £7.50.
Rest of world orders are sent via International Tracked & Signed, which is an insured and tracked service. They aim to deliver within 5 working days, depending on your location. The cost for this is £12.
Any customs charges incurred are the customer’s sole responsibility.

Ready to Ship
Each piece on our online shop is ready to ship, and will be posted out the next working day after placing your order. You’ll receive an update from us with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress.
We photograph each piece for sale so you can see the colours in the enamel - but please be aware that different computer screens show slightly different colours so the real life colours may be a little different.
Exchanges & Returns
We are confident that the piece of jewellery you choose will live up to expectations. If the piece you purchased online is not quite right we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days - please email us in the first instance to arrange this.
As per distance selling regulations, you may return a piece purchased online if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the piece to us, unworn and in the original packaging. A refund will be arranged after this.
Please note that postage costs are non refundable, and return postage costs are the customer’s own.
